Временное возмездное владение и пользование имущественным комплексом (зданием, оборудованием, землей, природными ресурсами и т.д.), основанное на договоре. Срок Т.а. определяется договором, после окончания срока имущество возвращается арендодателю, который является его собственником. Арендная плата должна включать амортизацию и арендный процент (т.е. часть прибыли, которая может быть получена от используемого арендованного имущества).
